Is Mindbody free?
Short answerI found no free plan on Mindbody's pricing page; it lists plans starting at $79 USD a month per location. [1] The page says to contact sales about discounts, and I did not read a trial offer there, so ask the vendor directly. [1]
The explanation
A free listing in the marketplace is different from a free business plan. The page says listing on the Mindbody app is free for customers on any plan. [1]
If you want to try before paying, ask for a demo or a trial in writing, and ask whether the trial uses your real data. A paid suite with memberships and payments is harder to leave than a booking link, so test the exit as well: can you export clients and visit history?
If cost is the main issue, consider whether you need a studio suite at all. A smaller scheduler priced by user count may cover booking, reminders and payments for less. Compare a full twelve months of fees, including processing. Ask about the exit terms too.
