How much is Homebase scheduling?
Short answerHomebase lists Basic at $0 per location per month for one location and up to 10 employees, Essentials at $30, Plus at $70 and All-in-One at $120 per location per month. [1] It is a team shift tool, so check that your crew work is about shifts, not visits. [1]
The explanation
The tiers are priced per location with unlimited employees on the paid plans. [1] That works well for a shop with fixed hours and rotating staff.
Extras are separate. The page lists payroll with a base fee of $49 a month plus $6 per employee paid after a free period, and add-ons such as Task Manager at $13 a month per location. [1]
A customer-visit business, such as lawn care or cleaning, schedules jobs at addresses, not shifts at a site. A shift tool covers who works when but not routes, estimates or booking requests. Decide what you are scheduling before you compare prices. Add any payroll you want from the same vendor, because that is where a bill can grow. Prices were read on 2026-10-07 and can change.
How Apex does it

Part of this is built. The rest is not. Status as of 2026-10-07; the badge shows the least-built feature involved.
Apex schedules customer visits, routes and booking requests rather than staff shifts. Its price follows users: $59, $99 or $129 a month, and a 14-day trial needs no card.
