When Workiz may fit better

Workiz may fit better if you want phone answering and marketing bundled into one sales conversation, and you are happy to request a quote. [2][5] Its plans page also lists service plans and multi-day jobs in the top plan. [4] Apex is early access with one business as its only tenant, so it is newer and narrower.

How Apex is designed differently

Apex publishes prices by number of users in three tiers, using the same numbers everywhere on the site. An online request arrives pending, and the owner confirms it before it becomes a visit. Texts and AI phone minutes are not included in any plan and run on your own provider account or a prepaid wallet that is rolling out. This describes Apex design, not a shortfall elsewhere.

This is a statement about Apex design, not a claim that Workiz falls short. Apex Flow Scheduler is early access, its only tenant is Apex’s own first business, and many features are still rolling out.

What we could not verify

  • Workiz does not show plan prices on the pages we read, so we state no dollar figure [3].
  • We could not read Workiz's help center export pages, which returned an access error, so we did not verify the export file format [3].
  • The plans page we read did not state contract length or cancellation terms [3].
  • Prices change. Check Workiz's own pricing page and ask for a written quote [3].
