A blank in the first column means we did not verify it. We make no claim about features Service Autopilot does not publish.
When Service Autopilot may fit better
Service Autopilot may fit better for a lawn, landscaping or pest business that wants route optimization and job costing [4], automation workflows in the higher tiers [4], or two-way texting, a client portal and multi-location management in Elite [5]. Apex is early access, with one business as its only tenant, and is newer and narrower.
How Apex is designed differently
Apex is priced by number of users with $59, $99 and $129 monthly tiers and a free 14 day trial with no card. Setup and import are self-serve and free. A customer request arrives pending and the owner confirms it. Texts and AI run on your own provider account or a prepaid wallet that is rolling out.
This is a statement about Apex design, not a claim that Service Autopilot falls short. Apex Flow Scheduler is early access, its only tenant is Apex’s own first business, and many features are still rolling out.
