A blank in the first column means we did not verify it. We make no claim about features Pool Brain does not publish.
When Pool Brain may fit better
Pool Brain may fit better for a company that wants chemical dosing, filter tracking and water-test integrations in one pool-specific tool [3][4]. It also lists billing choices by body of water [6]. Apex is early access with one business as its only tenant, and its pool tools are designs, not finished features.
How Apex is designed differently
Apex is a general scheduler for service trades, not a pool-only tool. A customer's online request arrives pending until the owner confirms it. Plans are priced by number of users, and texts and AI run on the owner's own provider account instead of being bundled. Data export is available as CSV, with export on cancel partly built.
This is a statement about Apex design, not a claim that Pool Brain falls short. Apex Flow Scheduler is early access, its only tenant is Apex’s own first business, and many features are still rolling out.
What we could not verify
- Plan prices: the vendor's pricing page is an interactive calculator and its amounts were not reliably read.
- Contract term, cancellation and data export policy were not found on the pages read.
- Prices change. Verify on the vendor's pricing page before buying.
