How Apex is designed differently

Apex treats an online request as pending until the owner or the owner's rules confirm it. Plans are priced by users rather than by provider count and storage. Texts and AI phone minutes are not part of any plan and run on your own provider account or a prepaid wallet that is rolling out. Data export on cancel is designed in but partly built, and Apex has no website builder that is finished.

This is a statement about Apex design, not a claim that Booking Koala falls short. Apex Flow Scheduler is early access, its only tenant is Apex’s own first business, and many features are still rolling out.
